We install every roof above Colorado Code. Colorado Code states to use 4 nails per shingle. We install 6 nails per shingle, to get the highest wind warranty possible. We replace all turtle vents with metal snow blocker attic vents to assure you will never have snow blowing inside your attic. We install pre-finished 2 x 4 drip edge at all eaves even though it is not required by code. Colorado Code requires ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys above 7000 ft elevation. We install it on every job regardless of elevation. All penetrations are painted to match roof color.

The New Construction division at Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters installs a variety of high quality shingle roofs, slate roofs, concrete and spanish tile roofs, and metal roofing. In fact, we work with Certainteed, Decra, GAF, Genflex, Malarkey, Monier, and Owens Corning (Preferred Provider.)
In addition to our roofing services, Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters has its own in-house metal shop where we make a variety of custom products such as seamless 5”, 6” ½-round, copper, steel gutters, chimney caps/shrouds, scuppers, coping metal, collector heads and roof flashing.
